REFUND POLICY
At Baqir’s Aviation, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. Each piece of wall art is custom-made with care, using premium materials and high-resolution prints. However, if your order arrives damaged or contains a misprint, we’re here to make it right.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We only accept return or refund requests under the following circumstances:
The product was physically damaged during shipping.
The artwork contains a printing error or noticeable misprint not reflective of the original design.
To qualify for a return or refund:
You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order.
Clear photo evidence of the damage or misprint must be provided via email.
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items without any damage or misprint.
Orders reported after the 3-day window.
Any issues resulting from mishandling after delivery.
Return Process
Contact us at baqirsaviation@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
Attach photos and briefly describe the issue.
Once verified, we’ll guide you through the return or replacement process.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (or via bank transfer for COD orders) within 72 hours of delivery, once the issue has been validated
